Repost or not, it was rather messed up on my computer and none of the fingers would get cut off. At least I got lots of points. See? (http://img217.exs.cx/img217/9058/finger7aq.jpg)

All you have to do is turn on the game and let it run for a few minutes. The levels will go up. Then when you feel like it, just press down on the space bar and don't let go. You can then get several thousand points a second.

Do that, but only cut off four fingers. Then, you can get even bigger points.

EDIT: Oh wait, that doesn't work.

EDIT 2: I found a way. Hold it for five seconds at a time.
