What do you guys think???
I would rather have a cd with no filler tracks, even if the length of it is cut down to 30 minutes. Sure with the "filler" cd, I would tell myself, wow this cd is great at a length of 60 minutes, but to save the effort skipping the same tracks over and over again, I would just get the no filler cd.

filler tracks are okay, if they're short like a min long and kinda interesting. but a lotta bands put really gay, boring filler tracks, which I think defintely take away form the album.

I only get albums if they do not have filler tracks...
If you do not like the whole album do not get it, or at least most of it. Why should you have to reward their greed?

well, i actually like filler tracks, i like the full listening experience, but if i am listening to a cd in a car, and i just wanna cruze and listen to tunes, then i just skip over them. but when i get home from work after school i am just so tired, and one of the highlights of my day, is to go home, and pop in a cd into the stereo, chill out, and just listen. absorbing every bit of that song into my head, for instance, last night i was listening to metallica, S&M

Ditto here. I would buy something if it had maybe one song I don't like very much - i.e. My Immortal by Evanescence, but more than a couple, and I won't buy it. But sometimes, what I think are fillers at first glance, turn out to be some of the best songs.
