No I don't think so, look at the other forwards he would have to beat out, Grant Hill, Vince Carter, Paul Pierce, Antawn Jamison. Artest no way he could put up the offensive numbers those guys do. Steve Francis didn't even make the all star team and you think Artest could?

I say no doubt. He is the best defender in the NBA. Hands down. He is like a middle linebacker on a court. He can also shoot well from the floor and three. He also handles the ball. Rebounds too. A total stat machine. Like Scottie Pippen, but a better defender.

Definitely yes. Not just because of skill, but for the media. I didn't watch the game, but I would have if Artest was in it.

I doubt it. He;s a great defender and his scoring is improving but his mind isn't right. He focuses on other things when he should be focusing on his game. There was stiff competition this year anyways.

They probably could've slipped him in over Ben Wallace. Big ben didn't deserve it this year.
