Over the years there have been some great bands and great frontmen, but who is the best?

i think freddie mercury, of queen, is the greatest frontman. not only did he look cool but no one had, has, or will ever have a better voice then him.

Robert Plant. The standard by which all frontmen are judged.

Even though he sounds like a retard and has a huge "twang" in his voice when he talks normal, Jello Biafra made the Dead Kennedys.

I agree w/ Freddie.

But I love John Fogerty of Creedence Clearwater Revival and Don Henley of The Eagles.

Iggy Pop-Stooges. He practically was that band to most people...And the stage prescence-awsome.

Joey Ramone-Ramones. Created the whole "faux british accent" thing

Lou Reed- Velvet Undergound- Creative genius

Ozzy-Black Sabbath- Great voice and stage prescence

Robert Plant, David Lee Roth, and maybe Phil Anselmo because he's got that brutal ass voice and stage presence.
