As I was sitting on my ass today flipping through all the pointless NCAA games I discovered the NLL All-Star game. Pro lacrosse seems to have a lot of potential in the hockeyless world of sports. I, myself found the game entertaining but could hardly see myself as a hardcore fan. So, I'm on the fence about this hockey with no ice type game. What do you guys think about the NLL. Can it become a respectable organization? Or will it never catch on and go the way of the MLS?

I think hockey will still come out on top in the end, because people are more familiar with it. Lacrosse will reach the level of Arena football and no more than that.

Yes when the season was on, I watched the Boston Cannons, I went to a game too, its a very cool sport, i played it in gym class too and enjoyed it. The Boston Cannons were one of the best teams, but lost to philidelphia in the finals. Hockey is better though.

I went to the all star game last year, fun to watch but not a convincing ESPN contender.

I like the way they have begun marketing Lacrosse though. I also like the way the have the music cranked during the game not just when the game stops.

Actually, and this is coming from a basketball/football guy, I find Lacrosse very fun to watch.

It's amazing how those guys can catch that little ball in those freaking net sticks.
