since bitchmadestinker and yp-suckcock-dan04 both bitch about how much peer-2-peer programs suck, i thouhgt i might start a thread that shows the positive side of previewing music before you buy.
what albums or songs have you downloaded and HATED?
the music was so horrible you contimplated making a CD out of it and wiping your ass...
i'll start with METALLICA.
LOAD - shit with maybe one or two good songs
RELOAD - shit
St. Anger - complete shit

St. Anger for sure, seriously what the hell happened???
Also, I would say Drowning Pool a while back. The singles were good, the rest of the album wasn't. Same with Godsmack.

well lets see here...acording to www.cdnow.com
metallica, "st anger" - $13.99 (multiply by 3 because vasco, keane, and myself voted against it) = $41.97
metallica, "LOAD" - $14.99
metallica, "RELOAD" - $14.99
Limp Bizkit, "results may vary" - $12.98(2x) = $25.96
50 cent, "get rich or die tring" - $10.99
korn, "Untouchables" - $13.98
drowning pool, "sinner" - $14.99
Godsmack, faceless (i used faceless for sake of arguement) - $13.49
together the 4 of us have saved $151.36 USD (tax not included) from shitty music, thus protecting ourselves from being ripped off by wealthy artists and record labels.

I would have to say all of the "pop" hard rock songs that I have ever downloaded. Such as "How You Remind Me" by Nickelback or "hanging by a Moment." I am not saying these are bad songs, but they just get overplayed too damned much, that I get sick of them after a period of about 2 weeks or so.
Anything by Cradle of Shit.

Aardtmann Op Vuutropberg - De Berg van Verdoemenis
Lipstick Liontigers - Who Needs DJs Anyway?!
Mr. Bungle - Disco Volante
Morbid Angel - Heretic
Finntroll - Visor Om Slutet
Yngwie Malmsteen - Magnum Opus
Agoraphobic Nosebleed - Altered States Of America
Mr. Bungle's Disco Volante is an excellent album, but it isn't my style at all, so yeah. Also, I usually love Finntroll's stuff, but Visor om Slutet was just way different from their other things and I couldn't get into it.
Morbid Angel - Heretic
Whats wrong with it?

I just don't like the sound of it.. I like pretty much everything else by Morbid Angel, but ehh, not this one.
