She can see everything thats wrong with her like her golf ball ass. Therefore she has perfect eyesite. And thats the only good thing about her because the rest of her is falling apart.

i think he means, he can't see what is wrong with her... but her eyes are good enough to notice

Yeah, I think that he thinks that its a good thing that she sees whats wrong with herself but he can't see all those things becouse of his vision.
