I felt that it warranted a perm ban because it was a user near a gold account, and he either made that thread, or gave someone his password.

Not to mention his timing was just PERFECT to pull a stunt like that.

They don't even know what a proxy is, they were in the school's library during an english class and thought it would be funny to mess around on Nerdcraft's account.

Well they are the ones to blame for him being banned then. Also, it wasnt for stating his opinion. Multiple users per ip address (thanks to him using that public proxy) , trolling, and posting in the wrong forum.

Enough, his ban isn't going to be overturned so there is no need to continue "arguing" about it. He was banned for valid reasons no matter which way you look at it.
