Chinese guy

I know this joke might seems racist but here goes...

3 guys get hired to work on construction site, one guy's English, one is American and the third is Chinese, the English guy gets put in charge of bricks, the American gets put in charge of motar and the chinese guy gets put in charge of supplies, so they all get to work...
6 months later the English guy is working well so he gets promoted, the American guy is working well so he is promoted too, but no-one had seen the chinese guy since that day 6 months ago, the other 2 workers get looking around the construction site for him, suddenly the Chinese guy jumps out from behind a wall and shouts...

I remember that joke, that cracked me up. This one was less funny. Still good though :)
