I just want to know how to resize an animated image, without using photoshop. Is there any online thing I could go to? HELP!!!

I haven't tried this program specifically, but it says it resizes .gif files, so its worth a try. You can search www.download.com for other free programs that may do the trick, just search for gif resizer in the search.
