i have to agree with you. when i saw that one of the people who was awarded a large amount of money was from Austin, i did some research to learn a little more. turns out that there is no record of Kathleen Robertson of Austin, Texas......what i did find though, is the same story on countless other joke sights. if Kathleen Robertson of Austin, Texas, was awarded $780,000 by a jury after breaking her ankle, there would have been some kind of archive in the local news........oh well, how can you trace the origin of a mass fabricated parody of our judicial system?

Yup! I agree!! I mean, come on, people.... Old lady spills hot coffee in her lap and burns herself---hmmm coffee's supposed to be hot, and if it hadn't been, she'd have turned her wrinkly but around and gone back through the drive through to bitch.

But here's one I thought was completely viable--the little kid who was playing in a McDonald's Play Place, and while jumping around in the ball pit, he fell on a hypodermic needle that'd been used for heroin, and died... not a frivilous lawsuit at all....

Fat people sue fast food restaurants b/c they're fat and can't lose weight.... Maybe, if they are so pissed about what these fast food rest's did, they should stop paying they're wages by eating there.... Hell, the settlement will probably just reimburse them for all the money they've spent there in the last ten years--Ooh!! I go free McDonald's and Taco Bell for ten years!!! Now we know why they're fat...
