Its known as Marquette

Up until 1994 Marquettes basketballs team was the Warriors.

Marquette Warriors. Looks good dont it ? 1977 NCAA Champs

In 1994 They changed it to the Golden Sh..... Golden Eagles.

Sad.

The NCAA team names reminds of a PAC 10 football game between the UCLA Bruins and the Oregon St "Beavers" well the UCLA announcer that was calling the game was describing a play between 1 UCLA player and 2 Oregon St players and this what he said "Oh down he goes their was 2 "beavers" all over his face" oh man that shit had me laughing so hard. :icon_rofl
