Any one of Ozzy Osbourne's solo albums, excluding 'Down To Earth', 'Ozzmosis', 'The Ultimate Sin', and 'No Rest For The Wicked', are void of any common obscenities.
DTE = one instance of "fuck"
TUS & Ozzmosis = one instance of "bullshit"
NRFTW = one instance of "bitch"
These albums are my favorites, and Blizzard of Ozz is the best of them:
Blizzard of Ozz - I Don't Know, Crazy Train, Mr. Crowley, Revelation (Mother Earth), Steal Away (The Night).
Diary of a Madman - Over The Moutain, Believer, S.A.T.O., Flying High Again, Diary of a Madman.
No More Tears - Mr. Tinkertrain, Mama I'm Comin' Home, Desire, S.I.N., No More Tears, A.V.H., Zombie Stomp.
BEWARE THE LIVE ALBUMS. :D
OR, if you're into jazz guitar playing with no lyrics, check out Joe Pass.

You know a good singer/songwriter from back in the day? Jim Croce. They played one of his songs last night at my job, and I was like "Oh yeah, that's pretty good." So I got home and downloaded a few of his songs:
- Bad Bad Leroy Brown
- I'll Have To Say I Love You In A Song
- Operator
- Time In A Bottle
- You Don't Mess Around With Jim
I saw a Behind The Music on him once. Died in a plane crash in the middle of his career. :(
(If you consider "Damn" a cuss word, then don't bother with the first)

I've never heard their music, but with song titles like: "I Became A Counselor So I Could Tell Rape Victims They Asked For It" and about 30-40 songs an album, I'd rather not ever hear any of their "music".

Suberteranian homesick blues
The ballad of hollis brown
Mr. tambourine man
Like a rolling stone
Tombstone blues
Shelter from the storm
Idiot wind
The times they are a changing
Knockin on heavens door.
Good albums:
Blood on the tracks

Desire
The freewheelin Bob Dylan
Bring it all back home
Other bands I would have to recomend would be CCR(Creedence Clearwater Revival), Miles Davis, King Crimson, Frank Zappa and Frank Sinatra.

If you're looking for good classical and jazz, check some of these out.
Classical (This isn't the stereotypical snoozer baroque harpsichord stuff. This is GOOD):
Gustav Mahler's "5th Symphony"
Claude Debussy's "La Mer"
Anything by Igor Stravinsky (Firebird Suite, Petrushka, Le Sacre du Printemps)
Charles Ives "Unanswered Question"
Sergei Rachmaninov's "Symphonic Dances" or "Symphony No. 3"
Anything by Philip Glass (Einstein on the Beach) or Arvo Part (Sanctuary)
Mozart's "Requiem"
Beethoven's "Eroica Symphony No. 3" and "9th Symphony"
John Corigliano's "Creation of the World" (narrarated by Ian McEwan)
John Adams' "Of the Transmigration of Souls"
Jean Sibelius's "Finlandia" or "Symphony No. 2"
Aram Khachaturian's "Gayane Ballet Suite"
Frank Zappa's "Yellow Shark" Album (he's heavily influenced by stravinsky and serialists like Schoenberg, Webern and Berg. Might be a bit too bizarre for someone who isn't used to atonality.)
Jazz:
Chick Corea's "Spain"
Anything by Vic Wooten or Bela Fleck (Perpetual Motion, Yin and Yang)
Anything by Maria Schnieder (Concert in the Garden)
Anything by Pat Methany, Joey DiFrancesco, JJ Johnson, Miles Davis, Oliver Nelson, Eric Dolphy, Kenny Garret (The GOOD Kenny G), Curtis Fuller, The Brecker Brothers, Tower of Power.
Anything. Period. You can never get enough jazz.
Other:
Frank Zappa (I still listen to his "Freak Out" album on a monthly basis.)
Jamiroquai
George Clinton
James Brown
Sublime
I can't even make a list, fuck it. That's just a few of my personal favorites. There's no one on this list who isn't teeming with talent and/or innovation (except sublime...they're just an old habit of mine that I'll never be able to kick.)
