New Hapland-like Game

Pretty fun, I'm stuck on the 3rd part... Help if you can.

I'll help...
Instructions:
1. Go to stairs
2. Go up stairs next to the yellowish plank
3. Click the knob above the claw twice, then click on the claw until it goes all the way down and clamps.
4. Open door at the end of the claws extension
5. Click at bottom of rope
6. Click the large target at the top of the level until the hanger falls off
7. Time it perfectly and jump onto the hanger (I wait until the cart gets right in view at the back of the tracks, use ur own judgement though)
Next Level:
1. Click bucket at the top
2. Open bucket which is now on ground
3. Open the door at the top right and a little girl will run out
4. Keep clicking blue bird until it drops the ladder above the girls head
5. Climb up the ladder then click on the girl and she'll run to the top door
6. Click the wheel on the left side of the "mountain" until the door at the base opens
7. Click on the tv's to find out what order the colors are
8. Click inside the door at the base and solve w/ the colors from the tv
9. Go in door
Next level:
1. Click claws switch
2. Click on the fan
3. Click on guy that just lost hat
4. Click on door
This is where I have no idea what to do, so help if you find it out

Edit: Ok, I figured it out :) but I'm not gonna say how to do it. If I told you, you'd win, and I can't allow that. But if you get realllllllly irritated, pm me.

Highlight for solution to the puzzle:
The bird isn't holding the picture the correct way. Rotate it and try it that way. If I remember correctly, you rotate it 90 degrees clockwise. Afterwords, click on her to have her go onto the platform, move the hook away from her, and then click on her again.
