Basically it consists of chocking yourself while masterbating/having sex.

The why behind it is "for the high". It is basically the same thing as "huffing" paint or glue or whatever you decide to use......see huffing gets you high not for what your breathing in but because it limits the amount of oxygen getting to your brain. Sooo back on the sex front people choke themself or others while having sex to acheive powerfull orgasms......which are really the same orgasm just hightened because you are "high". People die because the pass out while using whatever form to choke themself and it doesnt release when they pass out....thus they die.
