Wow, this story is all over the intraweb. I googled Kâmpóng Chhnãng because I wasn't sure if it was actually a real place and almost every result I got was a different webpage with this story on it. Googling it without the accents (just Kampong Chhnang) shows that it is in fact part of Cambodia.

What a bizarre story, though.
