Example: I think Napoleon Dynamite. It kinda felt like an extended TV show rather than a movie. It would make a better TV series than it did a movie IMO.

I was gonna say the same thing, but I think it'd work just a tad bit better as a cartoon show. They're pretty easy to draw and can be imitated by anyone teenager who's seen the movie....
Other television I'd like to see:
A Clockwork Orange: the adventures of Alex DeLarge. Just seeing him lay out the old ultra-violence and the in-out in-out every episode would be entertaining.
High Fidelity: The Sitcom focusing less on Rob and more on Barry. Should involve lots of music and pop culture references and should be centered around the music shop. Marie De Salle should be a reoccuring character...
and the best show ever
Battle Royale: The series showing forty two students cope with the program until a "winner" finally emerges, then the next season would be another batch, then another and so on. With so many options, damn would it be kickin' the ass!

Anything that has a particularly cool "setting". Meaning that it happens in another world or something. Let me explain: in Harry Potter, for example, the parts I preferred (or, rather, the only parts I liked) weren't the big plot bits with Voldemort and stuff but rather the students' every day life in Hogwarts. It was more the world in itself that I liked than the actual plot. Which is why I think just a TV show in that world would be cool. But it would resemble too much 'Harry Potter the Teenage Wizard'.
