:help: :help: I have a great video and I want to post it but it is too big. I need to know what steps to take to reduce the size. Thanks alot! :help: :help:

What is the current format (file extension) of the file and how big is it? It will most likely need to be encoded into .wmv.

It is 14mb and it is a .rar video! please help

A .rar file is not the actual video format. That is in compressed for, you would have to unrar the file to find out the actual format. Once you do that and find out the actual file, go to www.videohelp.com Go to the guides and look up file conversions with that specific file "to .wmv" It will give you the programs you need as well.
