Well i highly disagree.Use it as much as possible they can't do jack shit to you it's awesome. It's called At&t relay service. Google At&t Relay call

if you are going to use it i sugest you use a proxy


and as far as AT&T deaf relay...i'm not sure how much longer it will last since American Telephone & Telegraph is no more, it has been, like so many other RBOCs bought out
