adobe photoshop? HELP NEEDED

ok when i installed the trial version, it asked me for my username and organization.. what am i supposed to put in those fields????? :banghead:

Yeah i need some PS help too, for some reason when i reinstalled CS on my computer, now no shortcuts can be used, for example ctrl-T for free transform, ctrl-d to deselect, and so on. Please help! ;)

i didn the trial version(very stupid, dont even bother) i put my email adress in the name and left the other one blank, hope that helps....
