Animated Gif

Hey guys...Does anyone know how to put an animated gif that i made (Lets say a spinning rim) on to a still image (lets say the car) thanks for the help in advance.
EDIT: I got that working
New question...if i have 2 spinning rims ho do i make them spin at the same time? im so confused lol thanks 4 help!
