View Full Version : Having issues playing music on WindowsMedia Player

Hey there. Ok, i am having some issues playing music files on my windows media player. i was trying to get some background music for my website, and when someone posted me a link for the music i requested, a little notice popped up when it tried to play on windows media. But it wasn't just one, it was everyone i tried. Is there something i need to download in order for this to work? My brother suggested codecs, but i'm not sure which ones. Any help and/or links would be very helpful!! :)

Do you have the most recent media player installed?

Which version of windows are you running?

Hm. The one that came with windows XP. Not sure of the version as i didn't know how to check that.

Download the new one and try again. If not it might be what your brother said
to do.

(im a member,but not a administrator)I have Windows 98,and I also got Windoes Media Player,and it works,so what I say is solve it by doing it after the flash animation(even though my screenname does not work for flash
animation. :angel:
