Does anyone know how to compress an animation, but still have same quality and same size? Here the icon I want to compress.

I used Ulead gif animator to bring down the amount of colors used, down to 16 colors. It is 5kb instead of 10kb. It still looks like the same quality because not many colors are used in your animation:

You can also use this website:
http://www.gifworks.com/
But I like using Ulead because I use it for everything else and it gives me more freedom.
