Ok, i have seen peoples screenshots of the start bar looking diffrent like techy and some other looks, i want to know where i get these, i know how to change them, but i cant find where to get them, it would be great if i could get help on this, i dont need the walpaper or anything i just want my start bar and menu to be diffrent

First go to here (http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/) and get windowblinds.
Then you can get skins and themes from here. (http://www.wincustomize.com/Skins.aspx?LibID=1)

theres also another method of replacing some .dll file, and modifying/tweaking it. forgot what it was.

And then theres .msstyles type themes, that dont need third party programs.

but i use windowsblinds
