As far as I'm aware class B may not have a manual, may have colour faded in a place, may have a scratch, may have a dent, etc etc. The defects will not affect the operation of the product.

I presume class A means it has no defects at all and is perfect in everyway. The problem maybe in the refurbished part. Why was it refurbished and how good a job did someone do on it. Try and find an original so you can tell whether it has been refurbish properly.

its an xbox controller from ebay, i found something saying class a means that it has just been returned, and cannot be called brand new, because it is not.

Why would it say refurbished though?

The person must mean that it has all documentation and is in pristine condition. A bit curious about the refurbished part though  Why?

well its refurbished from logitech, so someone bought it online im guessing and returned it. class a means theres nothing wrong with it, but they cant call it brand new. the guy probably buys them back at wholesale price and sells them on ebay.
