You will be fine dide, just make sure the girl doesnt tell her mom it was you, and even if she did, the mom would probably be understanding, if that didnt work bring out the old wallet, if that doesnt work then im sure you wont be put in jail since it sounds like you dont have any other ofences, probably a public apology or some stupid shit like that, i would not worry about it...but the mom was kinda stupid to take it serious, but you were even more stupid to ever EVER threaten someone and then say it was you,..wow your a regular einstein..
