How do I put up a poll?

I'm not sure how to enter the options for my poll... Help!

here you go. step by step instructions:

1. go to new thread in the subject of your choice
2. write your post
3. scroll down to the post a poll option
4. click on yes and chose the number of options
5. click submit
6. it'l go to a screen where you ask your question and type in your options
