How Do I Upload Video On To Ebaums

Alot of the clips on Ebaums are obviously from people who have video taped something from TV and uploaded it unto cabi.net, putfile.coim, imageshack etc.

How can I do that? I have Pinnacle Studio and Windows Movie Maker.

Sorry if its very obvious, but I'm not very good with this kinda stuff! :(

1)make your videofiles in .AVI,.MPG or .WMV fileformat please.

2)register yourself to cabi.net, putfile.coim, imageshack a.o. for webspace

3)use an FTP program or the FILEMANAGER if present to upload your
videofile(s)

4)take note of the full internetadres of your file(s) (complete url)

5)post the link(s) on ebaum.
