Hey guys I was wondering what you guys think of this band. They are a local band and are very good for their age I think (Grade 11 and 12).
They are metal and the lead guitarist has some nice solos. Download all their songs (4 of them, it's their demo) Right Here (http://www.slithermusic.com/merchandise.htm).
Post your comments and keep it flame free. No emos.

Yeah I mean if they keep getting better they can sell pretty good. Right now they are trying to record a full CD and they write a lot.
If these guys are actually 11 or 12 years old, then they are fuckin' great. I'm not crazy about the vocals but still, for a couple of kids that's really fuckin good.

No, they are in Grades 11 and 12 (well they are going into those grades). They are quite the stars here in my small city.

They're from around North Bay, Ontario. ;)
Damn, I'm impressed with the sound. Especially considering their ages. They've got some serious potential right there. Love the guitar work. The vocals have a couple iffy moments (especially the intro to "All The Life Is" *gags*), but for the most part they're done very well. I'll be keeping an eye on them. :bang:

OOHHHH.. I read your first post wrong. If they're in 11 and 12 grade, that's different. They're not bad, but not as good as I thought, still pretty good though. What are they, about 17-18? That's not bad, but I've seen way better at that age. I'll keep you posted on that, my friends band is working on a site for his band over at myspace.com. When it's done it will have mp3's and all the goodies, so I'll let you guys know. You're in for a treat.
