Yes. Setup your own tripod account and upload the file to the file organizer. Just beware that you're account may get deleted for hosting copyrighted music. Mine got deleted after 3 months for hosting a song. Also you probably can't host too much music. There are many file hosters that you could use to upload music, but most of them don't allow hotlinking (link to the url). Many hosters don't allow hotlinking since most people would abuse it (like me and the rest of the world).

If you can't find a host, you could always do the following google search (make sure to use the quotes):

"parent directory" "name of song" .mp3

Then click on any results that have "/index" in it. Look through the index for the .mp3 file then right click it and go to properties. Copy the URL from the properties menu and now you have your URL.
