Aghh! this has been happend over and over now... can anyone help!?!

no mater what it never shows the picture with the code i have to input...
on a totally un-related note...
Is there anyway to set Firefox as my default browser, but not for anyone else who uses the compter...(windows XP home.. as in diffrent user "accounts" i guess)
