That`s the singer of a band called Peaches...btw,she is really a girl. :-) I`v once seen a video clip of them on mtv, it`s called "Set it off" or something like that...try to google and watch it.was one of he strnagest music clips I`ve ever sen. besides "Window Licker" by Aphex Twins..
