anybody know any good guitar movies, I know crossroads which is pretty sweet any others?

hopefully not the one with Shitney Spears.... anyways, iuno about GUITAR movies, but there are some pretty good band movies, like "This is Spinal Tap", if u like comedy, or Metallica: "Some Kind of Monster", if u like documentaries.

Some kind of monster is good and crossroads was an 80's movie with steve vai in it

If it is, I'll go ahead and recommend AC/DC Live In Donington. Or any AC/DC vid, for that matter.

i have the two disc zeppelin dvd set its pretty good yeah keep the movies coming im looking for movies but suggesting band dvd's would be fine

What about El Mariachi? He plays guitar in that....

El Mariachi in El Mariachi plays much better guitar in Once Upon A Time in Mexico than in El Mariachi.

However, as far as quality of the films go, Once Upon A Time in Mexico sucks and El Mariachi owns.

Almost Famous is related to good guitar music, and has quite a lot in it. It's not directly about it though.

Guys and Gals, your killing me! The Crossroads with Ralph Macchio was THE best guitar movie ever! He play for his freaking soul against the DEVIL! Ultimate dual, great blues, sick classical. Its awsome.
