I have looked all over the internet for a tutorial to make soundboards for the flash 5 program, as my connection is not good enough to download the macromedia flash 5 program, my friend gave me flash 5, I remember i was able to make soundboards with this program before, but it was a little more complicated. Can someone please direct me to a tutorial website for soundboards with this program or instructions on how to make them.
It would be much appreciated.
Thank you. :)

Here's a tute: http://media.ebaumsworld.com/index.php?e=sb101.pdf It shouldn't take long to d/l even with a slow connection.
And this is a site you might find helpful as well: www.flashkit.com

Good considering it's your frst one. Well done.
A few things to consider in the future:
Try to pick clips wth little or no background noise. I know in some movies it is quite difficult, but try to avoid those as much as possible.
When you chop the sounds try to be accurate - the sounds should begin as soon as the phrase starts and end as soon as it stops.
You'll also want a stop all sounds button - very useful. There are threads here with info on how to make them.
Nice work though :)

Can you please give me a link to a thread that gives instructions on how to make the 'stop all sounds' button? As i have looked through loads and i can't find them.

There's also a rather helpful sticky at the top of the page:

Thanks for that. :) I wasn't sure about the sticky as the instructions were for a different version of flash.

Ah okay, but some of the stuff in that thread I believe is fairly universal.
