That guy's a dumbass. The only rules in that list that should be changed are the NBA one's, being able to call a timeout in the air while going out of bounds (mabye), and getting a technical for calling a time out when you don't have any left.(the last thing on your mind in a game is how many time outs you have) Otherwise, all of those are bullshit.

Yeah he is pretty stupid. Why soccor isn't popular in America,um... scoring? No it isn't popular because we don't dominate in it, and we didn't create it. The boxing below the belt thing is just stupid
