having trouble installing microsoft PLUS!

hey, i have a gateway laptop and tonight i picked up the expansion pack thingy or w/e it is for windows xp. its called PLUS! and its like the mega pack or something. so, while i was loading it, it just stopped around the middle and didnt move and i even waited almost 10 m inutes. i uninstalled it and tried again and the same thing happened. then i thought mayb the virus scanner was messing it up. but still the same thing. so, do u guys have any ideas?

btw, it has a pentium m 725 processor (mayb that has somethin 2 do with it)

oh, and another thing, do u ppl with pentium m's and 4's have problems playing runescape? cuz my computer just suddenly shuts down after a while of playing and i saw a quick glance of it and i think it said "runtime error" so i went to the control panel and saw like "runtime settings" or something. is there something i have to change there or is it the processor??. it works on my other 2 computers which have a pentium lll and a celeron. please tell me if u have any ideas

um for the first thing, try to restart your computer, and when it loads up just let it do its stuff, then make sure the disk isnt damaged and then reinstal it. make sure you uninstal it first.

and the second thing... ive never heard of a pentium m?? how old is your computer? im guessing your video card is really bad if it cant play runescape

a pentium m is basically a mobile pentium 4
