When that 1985 song by Bowling For Soup came out and the line "still played music on MTV" or whatever played I was screaming :censor: yeah and all these words hahaha. Then they go and play commercials "Best Watch your MTVs" Why? MTV shows shows like Laguna Beach and Real World all these "reality" shows that teach kids they gotta be rich and pretty and has 24 year olds acting like 15 year old high schoolers. I mean honestly, grow up, cut your hair, it doesn't need to curl up off your hat that's cut up in the front with a fish hook on it.

It's only one show that is on for mabey about 1/2 an hour a day. Quit your bitching and get over it. Go watch something else if you hate it soooo much. There are tons of other things on TV to complain about. Or better yet, get off of your asses and do something productive with your spare time.

I just wanted to say that radio fucked it all up before MTV, so if you're gonna put the blame on someone, don't misdirect your anger. The reason radio is responsible for the demise of good music is because the radio took music from what the composers wanted to write, and turned it into what the audience wanted to hear. Which some would argue is a good thing, and I would agree, but only when done to a certain extent.
