Okay, I don't usually make threads about the main page, but I watched that Britney flash video, and it was really stupid. I mean, really, really stupid. Except the very end. I won't spoil it for anyone who hates that sort of thing, but the very end was funny.

And the singer was horrible, but Britney's not that much better. :D

It was a quite funny flash i rekon, it matched just with new song lyrics, and im sure that girl who sang it probably sounds much better then britney Accutely singing..

When will people understand that parody and satire unless done intelligently are the lowest form of humour?

you dont like the videos on the site,go somewhere else, theres a million other video sites out there. And some of them have porn too

Don't particularly want to go somewhere else to be truthful, however the internet being what it is, free speech and vocalising of opinion are exactly how the entertainment side of it is based on.

Think about it. Why would you create something unpopular and so would not be visited? The only way in which any site can possibly know if they got something right/wrong are through 'customer' feedback, be it through amount of hits, or with a direct comment such as this one.

Less typy, more thinky required...

If you're addressing me, I will just tell you that I've been on this forum for almost a year and a half, and this is the first time I've started a thread about anything on the main page. I know there are other sites for videos and flash, and I visit them from time to time. The title of this section is "Comments about eBaum's World" is it not? I was merely commenting. If you don't like it, I suggest that you go somewhere else.

There are something like twelve sections on this forum, I'm sure you can find yourself a pleasant place to spend your time here if you don't like Comments.

Viacom once threatened eBaum's World with a lawsuit, asking the website owner to remove material related to Judge Judy, Dr. Phil, Howard Stern and Tim Meadows. When another party asked that material related to Fred Rogers be removed, Bauman complied as well, believing that Rogers was not a fit subject for parody.

But then again their was a lawsuit with that as well

That's true man. It says "think the site sucks?" stuff like that. It's comments, not praise. IMO I don't think the video was very good either. Parody is very boring now. :(
