Best Film programs?

Im thinking about making a film, but im not sure which programs are best for:

Editing

Ingame video capture

Audio enhancers

In your comment, what is the best program to use for each of the following?

For Audio use Acid Pro or Audicity and for movie user Camtasia/Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere.

Hypothetically speaking, say a certain "friend" wanted to "download" a "copy" of Adobe Premier pro, which would be the best torrent site??

I wouldn't recomend downloading anything illegally, especially Adobe products. My brother works there and I don't appreciate people stealing from his job. Music on the other hand, my friend uses bearshare
