LOOKING FOR A MMORPG LIKE WoW ~ BUT FREE

It's a fun, cool game. The graphics look great. But it does get a little bit repetitive, because the only thing you do in that game is kill crap. There isn't really much that you can do. And once you get to level 30, gaining levels from then is a full time job! You have to gain at least 1 million exp points to level. However, the monsters that you can defeat by yourself only gives 500 to 1000 exp (at level 30). Anything tougher will usually result in your death after landing two attacks upon you.

So the only way to gain exp from that point on is to fight in a party and use cooperation to defeat enemies that'll give you 2000 to 3000 exp. But even then there will be some casualites. So overall, if you're going to play this game, you better make a lot of good friends during your first week.

Edit: BTW there are wars several times a week between the two nations in that game (Orcs of Karus and Humans of El Morad). When you first make a character, you can decide which side to join and fight for.

I also suggest Guildwars. They do not make u pay monthly for a KICKASS game BUT every year, they come out w/ new worlds and u have to pay to access those.

I can't stand runescape because i added up all the people in there *members only* server and with 5 bucks a month times how many it was like 115k a month they were making.... yet the graphics are still horrid.

Good long lasting game you have to pay? Wrong. You can play Lineage 2 for free. Download it off there site then look for free servers. There are lots of them.
