I wish all those fights could be as good as when Stephan Bonnar and griffen duked it out for the UFC spot on the ultimate fighter...man I was amazed at how they noth never got knocked out with all the punches they threw...I think when I watched the vid between those guys stephen bonnar was a better all around fighter than forrest and he will show us tonight but forrest that dude is a f-in madman would not want to mess with either one of em they are both crazy..accept Bonner reminds of a serial killer that can woop ass :lol:

i think nate quarry would have beat diego sanchez if quarry had not gotten hurt on the show. The guy is in awesome shape and hits like a brick.
