Nearing the beginning of the 2005 MLB season many of us put our predictions down as to who would rise up and who would fall in each of the American league and National league divisions.

Predictions (http://forum.ebaumsworld.com/showthread.php?t=57051)

Then we began to size up each division in their own rights...

Divisional Ranks (http://forum.ebaumsworld.com/showthread.php?t=61049)

Now nearing the end of the MLB season we can begin to judge our predictions...

Whether they were wrong...

HAHAHAHA, that division (The NL East) is never competitive.. Who's won that division in the last decade? You had the right League but it's the Central division.......

Or whether they were spot on...

Not only is St.Louis still the team to beat in that division, the Astros are better than the Cubs too. If I recall correctly, those two teams played in the NL championship series last year.

All things considered my preseason predictions of each of the divisional winners was thoroughly flawed...as well as my idea of the toughest divisions in baseball...

Curently:
NL East
AL Central
NL Central
AL East
AL West
NL West

How were your predictions?

red sox will AL east

yankees win wild card

white sox win there division

oakland win there division

i think with 50 more games in the season one team can win 7 or 8 in a row and come back or even a team will lose 7 or 8 in a row and lose there spot.....look at orioles they were in first place...
