I know this picture is from an old update, but I only just recently rediscovered it...

Is this for real?! I mean, I hate to bring up a silly argument, but if that is real (which I fear it is), then I am once again saddened by the misuse of the brilliant device that is the human mind ._. Why must people deprive themselves of health and nutrition, chasing a hopeless dream of beauty, only to become the most hideous creature on the planet?! (Hell, this woman is right up there with the Goddess Bunny, she's just taller!) If it's real, then I assume she's an obsessive annorexic and she needs to get some food and some help :wtf: I doubt it's a disease or anything, cuz I don't think anyone that messed up would be power walking when they should be at the doctor!
Why can't they be more like these women, and be happy and beautiful? :insane:

Yeesh. Well, I can't feel sorry for her if she chose to be that way. Still can't believe people would want to do that to themselves though x_x

That photo cracks me up. No body fat or muscle mass and horridly obvious fake breasts. Like somehow the breasts make up for the rest. :insane:
I'm a big girl. I've always embraced myself. I can't stand women who are thin as hell and complain to me about being fat (I can name about 5 or 6 who have). They don't even realize how rude they're being to other people who weigh more. So insensitive.

People with eating disorders don't see themselves the same way you do. If they're complaining about being fat when they're obviously too thin, it's because they really do see themselves as too fat.
If you get angry when skinny girls say their fat (being rude somehow..), then lose some weight. There's nothing stopping you from doing so aside from laziness.

Haha  Yeah I thought it was rather peculiar that, despite the lack of fat anywhere on her body, that she would have any boobs whatsoever :wtf: Also, good for you for feeling good about yourself ^_^ I'm not against skinny chicks or anything, but we need more women like you who don't feel bad just because they're heavy, but instead embrace the true beauty which they show :) Pleasantly plump women are actually more healthy than walking twigs, too.

I'm not talking about chicks with disorders. I'm talking about regular ol' thin girls who have been led by society to assume that they're walking whales. I would think people would have more common sense/self respect/simple judgement...oh well.
I've lost weight before, mind you. Just a little. Just to see how I liked it. And I don't. I've been big all my life...and frankly, I don't see the appeal of being skinny. There are gorgeous clothes made just for plus-size gals like me, there are plenty of guys out there in the world who will think I'm sexy, and I'm also actually very healthy. I'm already happy with my body, so I'm not going to change it.
I wasn't saying that skinny girls who call themselves fat are being rude to me, per se. Because it doesn't offend me really. But I know there are many other big girls out there who are more easy offended. And I get offended for their sake. I have a pesky lil' habit of that. :p

The benefit of being not overweight is being healthy. Feeling good, having tons of energy.
I put on a few lbs as a kid, and was dragging ass all the time. Tired. Slept all day. Typical young teenager. I started hitting the gym hard. Got in shape, ran a lot, swam. Gained tons of energy. I require less than 4 hours sleep a night now, and still feel great. Drink a lot of water, can eat whatever/as much as I want. Rarely, if ever get sick. Feels good.
It's fun to get out there and be able to play sports with your friends. Run around, have a good time. There are no benefits to being overweight. My buddy is a hefty guy and he's suffering out in the heat all the time, getting sick all the time, feeling like shit, always tired. He's been big his whole life.
My other friend put on a lot of weight last year and since then is the most boring person you'll ever hang out with. He used to be fun, have a good time with everyone, but now he stays at home and "rests" after work. Never feels like doing any physical activities. Doesn't come out to social events, or parties. Nothing.
I don't see how people could be happy that way.

That's pretty silly to assume that bigger people aren't any fun. Are you kidding me?? I love to party! I've always had energy. I love dancing and playing tennis and soccer and going swimming with my friends. There are skinny people who are boring, just like there are fat people who are boring. I'd say that's more a personality thing than a weight gain thing.

No offense, but you're being rather one-sided. Just because someone's fat doesn't mean they're boring and unhealthy o_O There are fat people out there who excersize, play sports, and are in great shape. They just have a diet and lifestyle that allows them to carry extra fat for a curvey, sultry figure and still be quite fit, as far as personal health and physical stability goes. By the way, do keep in mind that I'm not trying to support those women who want to gain so much weight that they become immobile and can't even leave their house (I wonder how they even get to the bathroom  ). I mean, I respect their choices, as I do dieters, I just don't understand them, or how anyone could be happy making that choice :insane:
When I was implying that the people like the walking skeleton up there should just eat something and be happy, I was referring to how I don't see how anyone could be happy by throwing up every last thing they swallow and become, well, walking skeletons :thud:

I agree with Gatsby - I'm a lot bigger than most of my friends but I don't care! I'm not seriously overweight - I am tall and stocky just like my dad so I suppose I can carry it off better.
I don;t understand how people could want to be so thin - surely to god they must know how hideous they look? I think when your shoes are wider that your thighs it's time to have a damn hard look in the mirror!!
I also heard in the papers here a while ago that people who had been in hospital for major operations who had a little bit more fat on them were better off in the long run. Should they lose weight due to illness it would be better for them, rather than a person who was thinner losing weight.
I would like to lose some weight before we decide to start a family, only so I dont put myself at risk later on in life. But while i can get around as good as any other person I dont see the need to change!!

I totally agree, being a bit overweight is just fine.
But honestly...would you rather be disgustingly skinny (like her) or disgustingly overweight? Gosh both would be terrible...
