I still don't know how to get an avatar!

I read the "come here to have your questions answered" thread, but I still dont know what to do to get an avatar, can somebody guide me step by step?

yeah find a picture that is 75 x 75 and then...................screw it, tell a mod

1.Find the image you want as an avatar.
2.If image is bigger than 75x75, you must resize it.
3.go into the "user cp" on this forum. Edit avatar.
4.scroll down and hit browse, now upload the image.
5.Wow the forum with your cool new avatar and be #1 Fancy!
