www.rapidshare.de --if you want alot of people to use it/keep it up for a long time, but be warned most people can only DL on file an hour or so.
www.yousendit.com -- 7 days/25 DL's but really good speeds
www.megaupload.com --lasts awhile, but terribly slow DL's on cable I usually only get like 20-30kbs.
