I have set it up to use confidence points. Here's how they work...

Let's say you think the Steelers will undoubtedly beat the Browns.
Let's say you think the Chargers will probably beat the Raiders.
Let's say you can't decide whether the Lions or the Packers will win.

There are 16 games per week. You give each game a value of 1-16. Think of it as betting money. You want to bet the most money on the teams you think will most likely win. So you would make the Steelers game worth 15 or 16 points, the Chargers game worth 8 or 9 points, and the Packers game maybe only 1 or 2 points. That way if you guess wrong on the Packers game, it doesn't hurt you that much. You cannot make every game worth 16 points or worth 1 point, they must all be different point values. Bye weeks work generally the same, except the point values are from 1-14 because there are two less games.

You can change any of your teams before 5 minutes till kick-off, so if you find out a big player is injured you can switch teams.

I know how you feel. It will probably even out but picking NFL teams to win is hard as a mother. I have been in an office pool at my dad's work and always have done pretty good, got 3rd 2 years ago. I bust a nut when talkign about the NFL, but my brother who doesnt know who kevin jones is or probably eli manning, is 6 games in front of me in 2 weeks!

I think it will turn around but it sure doesnt make you feel good.

Most people, other than retards, have around four loses at most. So only having 2 loses (like i have so far as well) isnt all that great. When you are 12-2 and everyone else is like 7-7.. then you did really well.

Yeah, the Caddy is a little gimpy, but let's not forget that Pittman is averaging 6.1 yds per carry on 13 attempts, and that he is 3rd amongst our receivers with 9 catches for 116 yds and a TD. He's a multi-faceted RB that understands and fits into Grudens scheme.

Next, what do you think Monte Kiffin(def.cor.) is going to throw at the "raw puppy" Bollinger??? Everything and the kitchen sink!!! It's gonna be a long day unless C. Martin can make some plays, and I assure you that the Bucs are gonna stack the line in anticipation of him getting alot of carries.

When it's all said and done, the Bucs will be working with a "short field" for most of the day and should kick their ass by atleast 10 points. If you got some spare coin, lay it down on the Bucs.

2) Here's another one I like Ravens @ Lions(- 1.5*)

The Lions are w/o WR C. Rogers (steroids), and Joey Harrigton has shown that he'll crumble under pressure. Don't get me wrong, A. Wright sucks too, but it's gonna be a "grind it out" type of game. I got a good look at the Lions last week, and even though they darn near beat the Bucs, I didn't see much that will keep me from putting some dough down on the Ravens getting points. I like the leg of Stover, the Ravens defense, and predict the Ravens by 3.

That's all I got for this week. Mind you that these predictions are not set in stone, but are only educated guesses(sp??). Good luck, and carry on!!!!
