A related story from Spain.
A tourist was introduced to "Cajones" at a fine
restaurant next to a bull ring.
He enjoyed the menu item so much,
he returned the next day
and ordered the same thing.
Disappointingly, these were much smaller.
He asked the waiter why there was such a
difference in size.
"The bull does not always lose, Seņor," he was told sadly.
