I live in San Leandro, which is REALLY right next to Oakland, as opposed to SF which is across the bay. Oakland is a shit pile of city filled with lazy ass "gangstas". As for the second question, i didnt mean so much they would be killed, but nobody is going to respect them. It seems here, peaple are almost respecting them. If you truly think it has to do with race, and you're white, or german, or w/e, go into a town and do something that would piss the town off, you will get the same exact results from before. It may seem like maybe blacks are more common to see being in a gang and completely whooping someone to death, but you have to remember, that depending on the area, most minorities have no where else to end up but in a gang.
