I know this will record games, but I don't know if it will record your computer activity, but you can try.

I actually just used SnagIt to record me playing a game, early today. Still trying to find a place with free uploads. No where allows you to upload more than 10 mb, and the file is 25mb.. anyway SnagIt works really well
