Sometimes I can see pictures in the forum, sometimes I have to click a link to see the picture... anyone know why?

When you post a picture on another forum, which ISN'T in "Pictures" it shows up as a link. If a link is shown in "Pictures" it will show up as a picture. No worries.

even in "Pictures'' it still does it...

If it ends in ".png, .gif, .jpeg, etc" it'll show up as an image. You can make URL's that end in those too. Example:
http://www.heferito.com/image_folder/ebaum.jpg
If I want it to show up as a link:
http://www.heferito.com/ebaum.asp
So its not your computer.
